On a gorgeous Friday afternoon like this you’re probably not happy being stuck staring at a computer screen for the next 3 hours, are you? Well here, at least you can look at something pretty while waiting for happy hour.
I ventured out to the Backyard last Saturday for Green Steam Circus, a celebration of all things steampunk, and by the end of the night was completely freaked out… People committing so fully to spending a lot of money dressing in this insane way kinda gave me the heebie-jeebies. Totally a personal thing though, and I do have to admit, those costumes were insane.
Also, White Ghost Shivers played, and they are FUN.

Then there was this guy, who had wicked good balance/coordination. And then I escaped for downtown, sadly missing the firedancer.
